TRACK RACING COMPETENCE

1. All Elite, Masters & J19 riders participating in their first track open are required to submit a support letter from their club which endorses the rider’s competence in track racing.

2. The Chief Commissaire of any track open can order that a rider of any category undergo an independent assessment of track racing competence prior to lodgement of their next open track entry.
