Categories:  Men’s A/B/C/Women/Men 19  (Rule regarding Licence required to race opens)
Fees:  $35.  Note entry number restrictions as below. 

Prizemoney:  $5000 plus trophy, plus sashes

Start: 9am mass start (race under control until outskirts of Shepparton. Riders briefing assembly at 8:45 am in Nixon street (in front of Leigh Egan Cycles opposite the Queens Gardens).

Details: 118km graded scratch race.  Come, ride and help us pay tribute to the spirit of Scotty in the inaugural Scott Peoples Memorial road race, a day that promises to stage a classic event.   Feed Station info (pdf)

Event Parking: The start and finish line will be in front of Eastbank in Welsford street - PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO PARKING IN WELSFORD STREET.  Riders and their entourage are requested to park behind Eastbank (City Council Offices) - Cnr Marungi & Nixon St's

22/11 **** IMPORTANT NOTICE**** Scotty's Race - entry places limited to 230

Please note that Scotty's Race on Sunday December 9 has been limited to 230 riders due to Police Permit conditions. Therefore, the first 230 riders to enter will be guaranteed a place in the event, with the remainder placed on an emergency list.Those who entered on or prior to November 22 are already guaranteed a place in the event.
